User Registration:
Customers looking to buy from ITUNU Marketplace can create an account by:
Visiting the ITUNU Marketplace website or app.
Clicking “Sign Up” and entering basic information such as name, email, phone number, and password.
Verifying their email or phone via a simple one-time code.
Setting their delivery location (limited to the DMV region currently).
Vendor Registration & Verification:
Vendors or sellers who want to list products on ITUNU Marketplace must go through a more detailed onboarding process:
Complete the vendor registration form with business details, product categories, and certifications (if applicable)
Upload verification documents (e.g., business license, ID)
Agree to ITUNU Marketplace's vendor terms and conditions.
Await confirmation from the ITUNU Marketplace vendor support team within 3–5 business days.
Once approved, vendors receive access to their dashboard to upload products and manage inventory.
Delivery Personnel Registration & Verification:
Delivery partners help ITUNU Marketplace get products to homes. To join:
Register using the delivery sign-up portal.
Provide a valid ID, proof of residency, and driver's license (if driving).
Undergo a short screening/interview and agree to ITUNU’s delivery guidelines.
Once verified, get onboarded into the delivery system and assigned delivery zones.
Login and Password Management
Users can log in with their registered email or phone number.
Forgotten passwords can be reset via email or SMS verification.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) may be enabled for added security.
Updating Profile and Preferences:
Users (customers, vendors, and delivery personnel) can manage their profiles by:
