Q1: Can I place orders from outside the DMV area?
A: At this time, ITUNU Marketplace only serves users within Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV). Expansion updates will be shared via our newsletter and social channels.


Q2: Can I combine products from different vendors in one order?
A: Yes! You can shop across multiple vendors, but checkout is per vendor, as multiple vendors checkout is not allowed. Delivery fees and times may vary based on the vendor's location.


Q3: How do I apply a discount code?
A: During checkout, enter your promo code in the field marked “Enter Your Coupon” and tap “Apply.”


Q4: What happens if I miss my delivery?
A: Our delivery personnel will attempt to contact you. If delivery fails, your order may be rescheduled or returned to the vendor. A redelivery fee and additional fee may apply if the food item goes bad, this is subject to vendor’s policy.


Q5: How can I delete my account?
A: Go to Profile Settings > Click this icon at the top right corner of the profile settings ”⫶” > Delete My Account. Your data will be removed per our privacy policy.


Q6: How do I track multiple orders at once?
A: Go to “My Orders” to view all ongoing and previous orders, with status updates shown individually for each, when selected.
